Participants will complete a series of functional workout stations, each separated by running intervals. Expect a mix of strength, endurance, and mental toughness.

  • Participants must be physically fit and capable of high-intensity exercise

  • Arrival at least 60 minutes before your wave time is required

  • Wave times will be emailed prior to the event
